Nutritional Classes:
The following classes are suitable for Community Education or private groups (churches, friends, companies, schools, clubs etc. in their own premises). I also have private classes at my home.
Classes: 2 hours per week for 4-10 weeks, or 3-5 hours workshops depending on the course selected and on your requirements. Classes can be adapted to suit children or teenagers.

I offer accommodation together with 3 hours cooking lessons per day, minimum stay is three days. Based on the guidelines in my book "NUTRITION AWARENESS - TEN STEPS TO HEALTHY EATING" you would prepare you own raw grain muesli for breakfast, learn how to make 100% wholemeal breads and yummy healthy cakes, dips, salads, sprouts and mostly vegetarian dinners. Lessons can be in the morning or afternoon so you still have time to go for walks, for a swim, a shopping trip or to enjoy our beautiful garden. Costs per day NZ$ 150.00 pp. A great investment for your health!
