A complete food in itself are sprouts from seeds and grains. I use them for muesli, salads, stir-fries, soups or as a snack.
Beans, peas and lentils are very good source of plant protein and Karin creates yummy dips, soups and curries with them.
These super foods can be combined with some dairy products, butter and small amounts of meat, fish or chicken. I like every day no fuss food using the best fresh local ingredients available, preferable from organic sources.
