Sourdough breads are well known and loved in Europe for many centuries. Depending how much of this traditional rising agent they contain, their taste can be strong or lightly sour. Sourdough bacteria help to keep your colon healthy. The bread tastes great, keeps for at least two weeks and ripens and increases in flavor over time.
We make loaves and rolls and you get a sourdough starter to take home.
